Self-Care and You!

Now that the weather is warming up, there's no excuse for not getting up from the office chair or off the couch to take care of our bodies.


No doubt you've heard this before, but it's worth repeating! Physical activity helps to reduce the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and professional burnout. Not only do our muscles appreciate the change, but we also gain a different visual and mental shift when we focus on self-care.


Taking care of ourselves requires a whole-person perspective. Making the time and effort to care of the mind, body and spirit can be done in as little as 15 minutes a day.
