The first scheduled appointment involves gathering background information and beginning to create our working relationship as therapist and client. Plus, I'll review the paperwork and answer any questions.
After the first session, we'll work on creating goals to help create movement in the areas of your life causing distress. Typically our time together is a mix of conversation, using various tools, and discussion of any homework (or between session tasks) you've been completing.
